Streamlining 20+ offers into Circle

Client: The Millionaire Mother by Cait Scudder

Cait Scudder is a CEO and Business Mentor for Mother entrepreneurs, TEDx speaker, host of The Millionaire Mother Podcast, and internationally recognized online business expert, as well as a loving wife and mama to two kiddos under three (and a third on the way). Cait’s mission is to empower ambitious Mothers to create the wildly profitable businesses they dream of without sacrificing the rich Motherhood experience they desire and deserve. She has helped her clients generate over $20M in collective revenue, and her work has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, and Business Insider among several other publications. 

In the summer of 2023, Cait was transitioning her entire company from a personal brand over to The Millionaire Mother. This transition touched every facet of the business from branding and design, to the podcast and all marketing channels, and her entire offer suite and community.

With a rapidly growing community and brand new offer structure that included a vast library of programs and digital product spread across multiple platforms, it was the perfect time to reevaluate the customer experience and cost effectiveness of the current tech stack.

Cait had over 8+ years of content, trainings and programs hosted in multiple custom membership portals, facebook groups and a messenger app platform that created a disjointed customer experience and required team dedicated to ongoing access tracking, technical support and content management.

Challenge 1: Customer Experience

  • Multiple access points for each program: membership content, live trainings, community facebook group, external calendar. 

  • Multiple logins to manage and bookmark.

  • External shared google calendar that did not work across all calendar platforms.

  • Messenger app with limited organizational features.

  • Lack of integrated upsell functionality (customer journey).

Challenge 2: Cost Effectiveness and Team Resources 

  • Multiple membership vaults requiring set up of a brand new custom vault with login and content pages for each new program sold or new mastermind developed with updated combination of access.

  • Messenger app with a lack of membership management and tracking tools which resulted in manually managing on and off boarding.

  • Team providing technical support for 18+ Clickfunnels vaults. 

  • Team tracking access and managing individual facebook groups for all programs that included a community. 

  • Manually scheduled email and facebook reminders for all live program calls.

  • Manually updating multiple vaults with call replays after each new program (upwards of 3-5 vaults each time)


Solution

Consolidate all membership vaults, program calendars, call reminders, and community spaces into one platform that allows for multiple levels of access and integrated upsell functionality.  This would solve both challenges by streamlining the customer experience into one location and log in, and decreasing the team resources required to manage all the various platforms and deliver the program requirements.

The Buildout and Migration

Prior to the build out, we compiled a directory of all content across all membership vaults.  Cait audited the directory and expressed her vision for how she desired the content to be organized and accessed.  We started with her primary offer that included access to her entire offer suite, a handful of spaces dedicated to Q&A and engagement, a program calendar and multiple private spaces for small coaching groups. This required migrating over all content and modules from over 19 Masterclasses, 26 Topic specific trainings with video and accompanied resources and 15 complete multi module Programs.  Each with its own unique branding. 

Next we migrated her monthly membership community from the Telegram messenger app and a Clickfunnels membership vault over to Circle. Recreating the exact channel framework inside of Circle, the current members were able to easily transition from the messenger app right into their new home.  

Attention to details was a non-negotiable for The Millionaire Mother community.

From the specific notification settings for each space, to the metadata on each post, customer comment and engagement abilities, custom onboarding message, customer profile content, visuals and step by step navigation…every detail mattered as we built the The Millionaire Mother community to expand flawlessly with the company's future vision. 

Result

The Millionaire Mother community is now completely hosted within the Circle platform with a seamless customer experience that has increased engagement within all programs and masterminds.  This consolidation of programs, content and communities has significantly decreased the amount of team resources required to manage access and calendars, write and schedule call reminder emails for all programs, provide technical support across multiple platforms and update multiple vaults weekly.
